Students from an elementary school in the Croatian village of Debeljak wave at service members prior to a ceremony sponsored by the European Command and Special Operations Command Europe donating a gift to improve the education of the children. The school, adopted by SOCEUR, honors Army Master Sgt. Ivica Jerak, a special forces Soldier and native son of Debeljak, who was killed by an IED while serving combat operations in Iraq in 2005.
