NAPLES, ITALY (Sept. 13, 2013) - The color guard parades the colors in front of the Chief Petty Officers (CPO) selectees of Commander Naval Forces Europe, Commander Naval Forces Africa, Commander 6th Fleet during a CPO pinning ceremony on Naval Support Activity Naples. The ceremony honored over 30 men and women who were promoted to rank of Chief Petty officer, having their insignia pinned on by friends, family and their new peers in the CPO organization.
