Last light on the reservoir near Eching, Bavaria

Situated on a stretch of about 10 kilometres, this and a string of other reservoirs have become one of Germany's most important water fowl sanctuaries. This is even more fascinating as the huge Munich airport is only a few kilometres to the southwest of the lakes.
