Double End Box Nailing Machine Something new in the way of a box nailing ma-chine has recently been brought out by the P. Machine Co., Limited, Hamilton, Ont. Thisis a double end box nailer which will nail a box to-gether in three strokes with the exception of the lid,. New nailing machine manufactured by P. B. Yates Machine Co., Ltd. 68 Canadian Woodworker and Furniture Manufacturer providing it is end-nailed, that is, that the sides andbottom are nailed to the end pieces. The side canbe nailed to the two ends in one operation, as thesides are nailed to the ends of the box machines capacity is limited only by the skill ofthe operator. Another feature of the machine is that it can ranged to nail combinations, such as four nails onthe .bottom and sides at each end, or four nails ineach side and six in the bottom at each end. Thisvariation in the nailing makes it adaptable for nail-ing boxes which are shallow in comparison with thewidth. Specially designed clamps for holding theends of the box while being nailed also effectivelystraighten warped or crooked stock and align thesepieces with the ends and the side.
