A group of trekkers on the banks of the Bhagirathi, just below Gaumukh. Gaumukh, also called the Cow's mouth, is a hole in the Gangotri glacier from where the Bhagirathi River, which turns into the Ganges further down stream, first emerges. For Hindus, it's an extremely holy site. Climate change and global warming is rapidly melting the glacier.
