Simon Mulongo, the Deputy Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (DSRCC) for Somalia, welcomes members of the parliamentary committee on defence and internal affairs from Uganda on 26 October 2019. The delegation led by Colonel Charles Engola, Uganda's State Minister of Defence is on a weeklong working visit to assess the welfare of Ugandan troops deployed under AMISOM.
