On the obverse is a citadel with CITADEL VAN ANTWERPEN on it. On the back is the crowned letter W with DECEMBER 1832 in a wreath. The medal hangs on a blue ribbon of ribbed silk. Served as a reward to those who served in the citadel during the siege of Antwerp 1832, 1884
