Martian landscape. This HiRISE image shows landforms on the surface of Mars. This is a youthful-appearing fault scarp south of Arsia Mons, also imaged by the Context Camera onboard MRO. Our resolution can help us determine if the scarp is indeed (geologically) fresh, or perhaps just buried by wind-driven sediment. A unique optimised version of NASA imagery.
