Jaime Gracias, 35th Civil Engineering Squadron Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) contracting officer's representative, describes the multiple green initiatives planned for the ESPC to Yoshinori Kohiyama, Misawa City mayor, and Andrew Lee, Consulate General of Sapporo consul general, while visiting the newly constructed natural gas plant at Misawa Air Base, Japan, June 8, 2022. Along with the solar field, Misawa Air Base is currently scheduled to complete their second project, the Air Force's first natural gas plant, in 2023.
