M861 is the Dutch minehunter RNN Urk, a Tripartite (Alkmaar) class vessel jointly produced by France, Belgium and the Netherlands, having a polyester mix hull. Alongside and mainly hidden is the Latvian minehunter, LVNS Viesturs M-05 which was a gift from the German Navy.
