This decision took the form of a resolution, moved. Mr. E. V. Buchanan. London, President by Mr. P. B. Yates, St. Catharines, and seconded by N. Perry, Windsor, which read as follows:Form of ResolutionThat since we have been unable to effect a proper or-ganization of Municipalities to consider operation and en-gineering questions of policy through the formation of theassociation originally laid down as an engineering branch ofthe Ontario Municipal Electrical Association, be it resolvedthat we recommend the estalslishment of an association of the managers, superintendents and engineers of the differentMunicipal Electrical Utilities free froin the Ontario Muni-cipal Electrical Association and financially independent.
