The Barons'Charter, Salisbury 2015 Recently named by Lonely Planet as one of the top 10 cities to visit in the world, Salisbury Cathedral houses the finest of the four surviving Manga Carta manuscripts dating from 1215AD. The summer The Trussell Trust celebrates the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta through a unique art trail. 25 life-sized individually decorated medieval Barons will create a colourful art trail through Salisbury for 12 weeks, before being auctioned on 1st October. A vivid and vibrant parade of superb creative talent will be on show. The Barons have been decorated by local and regional artists and community groups, and sponsored by a variety of businesses, organisations and individuals.
