The Odd Fellows Home District is architecturally and historically significant in the development of the Missouri Odd Fellows complex from 1900 to the present. In terms of architecture, the district is important to show the intact examples of Jacobethan Revival structures, The architects selected were Albert Knell and William B. Ittner.
