Bergen, Norway. Bryggen is the Old Wharf of Bergen and a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. The old wharfs are preserved and protected in how they are maintained and repaired, and have to utilise traditional methods for upkeep. They are one of the biggest tourist attractions in Bergen and are also a stopping off point for big cruise liners which come in to dock.
