A P-3C I Orion aircraft from Patrol Squadron 68 (VP-68), the Black Hawk (Blackhawk)s, lands on the north runway at Andrews from a training flight which completes 100,000 mishap free flight hours. This exceptional safety program was compiled over 24 years, one flight at a time, and has been recognized for excellence by the CHIEF of Naval Operations Safety Award on five occasions during this period.
