Lt Gen Hoang Xuan Lam, Marine Ben James A. Feeley Jr., Maj Gen Carl A. Youngdale, and Nguyen Thi Khang participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the dedication of the Hoa Khanh Children's Hospital in 1968. The hospital was funded by contributions from servicemen in Vietnam and donations from around the world. It provided modern medical treatment for children in a growing refugee area in Vietnam.
