ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 3, 2015) Commander, Task Group (CTG) ’s Riverine Command Boat (RCB) 802, and Kuwait Naval Forces Ship (P 2715) participate in a bi-lateral exercise in the Arabian Gulf. The combined-joint exercise provided naval forces, Coast Guard and Army, an opportunity to exchange tactics and best practices with Kuwait naval forces. CTG conducts maritime security operations to ensure freedom of movement for strategic shipping and naval vessels operating in the inshore and coastal areas of the 5th Fleet area of operations.
