Brock Miller, commanding officer Navy Recruiting District Dallas, launch the grand opening of Navy Officer Recruiting Station (NORS) Oklahoma during a ribbon cutting ceremony. NORS Oklahoma is the first and only Navy Officer Recruiting Station in the state and is assigned to Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Dallas.
