West Virginia National Guard leadership and members of the State Partnership Program meet with Peruvian Army officials Feb. 1, 2018 at the Peruvian Army Headquarters in Lima, Peru. The WVNG and Peruvian Army and Air Force have been partners through the National Guard Bureau’s SPP program since 1996.
