Jacob Rickard, front-left, a landing support specialist with Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, prepares to discharge any static electricity stored in a CH-53E Super Stallion assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 164 (Reinforced), 15th MEU, during external lift operations on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25). The Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group and the 15th MEU are conducting operations in the 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
