SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO— Lt. Col. Roberto Solorzano, the commander of the Army Corps of Engineers Recovery Field Office in Puerto Rico, presented certificates of appreciation to Hector Jimenez and Jose Ruiz for their support in bringing electrical power to the people of Puerto Rico. Part of the temporary power mission, quality assurance teams inspect more than 500 installed generators daily to ensure functionality and to identify maintenance needs.
