Nowhere Island arrives in the Olympic venue of Weymouth and Portland. The small island which has been towed from the Arctic is 40 metres long and 8 metres tall and is an arts project created by Alex Hartley (pictured) right talking to Lord Taylor of Holbeach, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for DEFRA. .
