Chaplain (Maj.) Erik Spicer, 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade chaplain, provides the invocation during the installation's Veteran's Day Prayer Luncheon on Nov. 8, 2018, at McCoy's Community Center at Fort McCoy, Wis. Dozens of people attended the event that was organized by the post Religious Support Office. Chaplain (Col.) Bobby Whitlock, Army Forces Command chaplain, was the featured guest speaker for the event.
