Indian Policemen patrol the street during the clashes in student was killed and other sustained injuries when an armed police vehicle rammed into a car at Nowgam area in outskirts of Srinagar. Clashes erupted after news of killing of a student spread in the area. Police resorted to aerial firing and fired pellets and tear smoke canisters to disperse angry mob who were protesting against the crime.
