life and eating a dead rain spider

The rain spider Palystes spp had been killed by a spider hunting wasp, Tachypompilus ignitus, which lays its eggs on the paralysed spider and uses the carcase as a feed lot for it's young. After it died, I photographed it to show how the black ants were feeding off the body and carrying away at Betty s Bay Cape Province, South Africa
