PHU YEN, Vietnam (June 20, 2022) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Turon Palmer, assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion One (ACB 1), removes damaged window frames from a classroom at An Tho Ninh Dong during a school renovation project in support of Pacific Partnership 2022. Now in it's 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
