Students of the 1st semester, Bachelors degree courses of "Kashmir University" held strong protest against University management at Press enclave Srinagar Kashmir they later took the protest on streets and blocked the traffic for some time however police managed to calm protesting students for sometime but later on students shouted anti-university slogans and complained about the mismanagement of Kashmir university faculty "they don't care about us they have no idea what they have done to us.
