The glass-fronted tomb of a child in Sucre, Bolivia, filled with toys and other poignant mementos of his young life.

Sucre, the official capital of Bolivia, has one of the country's oldest cemeteries. The rich are buried in family mausoleums but ordinary people only get a space in the walls of tombs that line the cemetery. When they can afford it, they front these with a glass pane and decorate them with mementos of the deceased. As is this case with this young man or child who died in February 2007, these can be very poignant.
