The Seal , Lord Barcolf himself (he married Eliz. dAmori in 1337)is remarkable for its elaborate traceries, No. 704, and theexquisite skill with which the seal-engraver has executed hisrich design : the impression of this beautiful Seal which liesbefore me also shows that, without considerably enlarging thescale of the original, it is not possible to give a perfectly satis-factory engraving of it. The Seal of Elizabktii de Bury,figiired in Norfolk ArchmoL, (v., 301,) is another good specimenof a compound heraldic Seal. The small Seal of Matilda,daughter of Roger de Lascelles, No. 706, is another graceful ^U-l
