The British-era Flora fountain in fort area in Mumbai, India. It is an ornamentally and exquisitely sculpted architectural heritage monument located at the southern end of the historic Dadabhai Naoroji Road, (earlier called the Mile Long Road). It was built in CE 1864, and depicts the Roman goddess Flora. It was built at a total cost of Rs. 47,000, or 9000 pounds sterling. It was refurbished by Indian National Trust for Art and Culture Heritage (INTACH) and inaugurated in CE 2019 January, with restoration of the sculpture and water fountains, at a cost of Rs. Crore.
