Capricornus, the goat-fish, from a seventeenth century hand-coloured engraving, itself based on an illumination in the 9th centry Aratus manuscript in Leiden. Aratus was born about 315 BC in Sosli, and wrote his 'Phaenomena' for the ruler of Macedonia.
