Australian Soldiers and service members worked together with the Armed Forces of the Philippines to build new classrooms at Margen Elementary School in Ormoc City. Balikatan is an annual military bilateral exercise focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, counterterrorism, and other combined military operations.
