The Albatross, a 1899 North Sea clipper, just returned to the town's quayside in the fishing and holiday resort of Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk,England


In the 1970's and 80s as many as eight cargo vessels, double banked would have been on the quay brining fertilizer and animal feed from abroad. Only the Albatros a Dutch clipper continued the trade and in summer 2023 returned to its home port after a major refit to now be used in the holiday trade.
