Bde., David Staples, the director of operations for the Army Center of Excellence, Subsistence, and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Kenneth Hicks, the Army food advisor for the Sustainment Center of Excellence, cut a ribbon for the grand opening of the Culinary Outpost Kiosk, Feb. 4, 2019 at Ft. Stewart, Ga. This is the first Kiosk of its kind and is the beginning of modernizing the Army’s food program.
