One day in this hall it will surely be said that Russia’s war against Ukraine has ended – not frozen, not paused, not forgotten. Truly ended. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his speech at the high level meeting of the UN Security Council. He noted that the war will end because the UN Charter will work. The Head of State added that the second Peace Summit should be prepared for this very purpose and invited everyone who respects the UN Charter to join.
