Tren del Ciment, at Jardins Artigas gardens station, La Pobla de Lillet, Castellar de n´hug, Berguedà, Catalonia, Spain. The Tren del Ciment is a line that historically linked the old Asland cement factory in Castellar de n'Hug with Guardiola de Berguedà, from where the narrow-gauge railway line left for Berga and Manresa. The Tren del Ciment stops at 4 stations: La Pobla de Lillet, La Pobla Centre, Jardins Artigas and Museu del Ciment-Castellar de n'Hug. In each of them, travelers can stop to discover new tourist attractions. The third stop on the Tren del Ciment is the Jardins Artigas, designed by Antoni Gaudí at the beginning of the 20th century. It is a naturalist work, where vegetation, water and stones are the clear protagonists. The work was a symbol of gratitude from the architect to the Artigas family, who lodged him in their home while he worked on the construction of the Chalet del Catllaràs, as housing for the workers and engineers of the mines that extracted coal for the cement factory. from Asland.
