A rocket designed, built and launched by students on the STARBASE Los Alamitos Team America Rocketry Challenge (TARC) team descends with its three parachutes tangled up, March 13, 2019, at Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, California. Using multiple parachutes is a design requirement for this year's TARC competition, and the team is experimenting with different parachute materials and packing methods as their qualification launches for the TARC National Fly Offs draw near.
