US Coast Guard SEAMAN Jonathan Trusty and US Coast Guard SEAMAN John Kinstrey pull the lines of the boat so that the US Coast Guard cutter NAUSHON can get closer to the dock and be tied down during Exercise NORTHERN EDGE 2001 maneuvers in Ketchikan, Alaska. Northern Edge is Alaska's premier joint training exercise. There are over 1500 military troops from all over North America participating in the exercise and it lasts for two weeks.
