London, UK. War wreaths placed outside the DSEI Arms Fair are decorated with white poppies - a symbol of peace and remembrance of all war victims.

White poppies are distributed by the Peace Pledge Union but their origins date back to 1933 when a Co-operative women's guild began producing them to renew the anti-war sentiment, that was strong at the end of the Great War but waned with the passing of time.
