This was a derelict site in Tower Hamlets that is being transformed into new homes and community facilities including a church, hospital, commercial space, children’s play area and public open space. The original Mildmay Hospital is a specialist HIV hospital. The project, which is being led by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Genesis Housing Association, will create 139 homes, 45 of which will be affordable and 94 for private rent or owner occupation.
