The Ukrainian and Azerbaijani flags in Chisinau former Patria Lukoil cinema turned refugee center. In one of the halls, cots have been set up for Ukrainians refugees of Azeri origin. At the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the disused Patria Lukoil cinema in the Moldavian capital Chisinau was transformed into a reception center for refugees. The center has a capacity of 250 beds. 200 volunteers take turns there every day.
