Logistics Civil Augmentation Program-Europe contractors set up billeting tents to support Operation Allies Refuge at Rhine Ordnance Barracks in Kaiserslautern, Germany, Aug. 25. The 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s LOGCAP is providing the life support capacity for 3,000 people at ROB. The LOGCAP process worked quickly and the contractor mobilized to provide initial capacity only 96 hours after the notice to proceed.
