NAVAL BASE VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. (April 1, 2017) - Capt. Mike Saum, commodore, Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1, and Capt. Gary Rouse, deputy commodore, NCG 1, greet Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 on the flight line at Point Mugu, Calif. NMCB 5 is returning from a six month deployment to the Pacific Command area of operations.
