Limited-edition hot hatch, this 1999 Honda Civic VTI-S Jordan iEK9 Type R was never officially offered in the UK, this Civic represented the fastest model available at the time. It is powered by a DOHC VTEC engine, producing 160hp at 7,600rpm, coupled to a slick five-speed manual gearbox, which drives the front wheels. Based on the standard EK4 Civic VTi, 500 examples of this special edition were created to celebrate Honda’s relationship with the Jordan Formula One team, for which they provided engines from the 1998 season until 2001.
