Wray, Lancashire, UK 25th April, 2016. Explorers at Wray's Annual Scarecrow Festival. The villagers of Wray are back again having created some weird, wacky and wonderful scarecrow creations to delight visitors. Annually Wray village hosts a display of scarecrows to fit in with a subject on the school curriculum, with creations popping up on village gardens, peeking out of windows and perching on balconies. The Scarecrow Festival, established 1995, takes place during the week leading up to May Day.
