The Parvati Temple, part of the Khajuraho Group of Monuments in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, is a small yet significant shrine dedicated to the goddess Parvati, consort of Lord Shiva. Belonging to the Chandella dynasty (950-1050 CE), it is an example of intricate Nagara-style architecture. The temple stands on a high platform, adorned with delicate carvings, though much of its original ornamentation has weathered over time. The sanctum once housed an image of Parvati, now missing. Despite its modest size, the temple contributes to the rich spiritual and architectural legacy of Khajuraho's UNESCO World Heritage site.
