HALIFAX, Nova Scotia -- (July 30, 2021) A member of the Maritime Security Response Team East (MSRT-E) gives training to the crew aboard the 270-foot Famous-class cutter USCGC Escanaba (WMEX 907). MSRT-E, based out of Chesapeake, Virginia, is an advanced ready force trained in maritime security, law enforcement boarding procedures, force protection and environmental hazard response within a tactical law enforcement operation.
