Matteo Martemucci, 70th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing commander, gives a vignette about the accomplishments of the 707th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group under the command of Col. Ricky Mills during the groups change of command ceremony July 12, 2017 at Fort George G. Meade, Md. Mills relinquished command of the 707th ISRG to Col. Curtis Madeley as the ceremony was presided over by Martemucci.
