In championships the chief official appointedby the championship committee shall select his staff ofreferees, umpires, timekeepers and scorers. RULE Section 1. The captains or managers of the opposingteams shall each appoint a timekeeper; the timekeepers ap-pointed shall sit together and shall use one watch whichshall constantly remain in view of both timekeepers. Theyshall note when the game starts and shall blow a whistleor strike a gong at the expiration of each half. Time.
