Argentinian Flag and the Tigre River from a catamaran returning to the Estacion Fluvial Boat Terminal, Tigre, Parana Delta
The Parana River Delta, flowing into the River Plate north of Buenos Aires, is popular with wealthier portenos as a weekend and summer getaway from the city. Tour boats access the delta via the River Tigre, which runs through the town of Tigre on the south side of the delta. Transport by boat is the main way of travelling in the delta for both residents and tourists. This shot was taken from a catamaran returning from a tour of the Sarmiento River.
